Pre-event bootcamp
Two-day bootcamp covering NASA data, team formation, ideation, and rapid prototyping.

Team registration closes
Final deadline for team registration. Make sure all team members are confirmed.
October 3–5, 2026
Hackathon weekend
48 hours of building, creating, and problem-solving. Teams work on their chosen NASA challenge with support from mentors.
October 5, 2026
Local judging & demos
Teams present their projects to local judges. Winners are announced and nominated for the global round.
November 2026
Global judging
Nominated projects from Port Said compete with teams from around the world in NASA's global evaluation.
December 2026
Global winners announced
NASA announces the global winners. Port Said teams find out if they've earned a spot among the world's best.
